Many thanks for the speedy service in fitting the replacement units. I have to say the increased soundproofing certainly makes quite a difference. Whereas I used to get a constant roar from the traffic on the A20 it is now hardly noticeable.

Thanks to you and the team for a fantastic job (another one) and for the kind gift of the old handles ! (not all tenants can benefit from the new Glazetech window experience so a handle will have to do for them !).Giovanni (who does not suffer fools gladly) was particularly pleased at how ‘the boys’ dealt with the installation which was not always the easiest operation – cheerful and professional (just like the rest of the family !).
